Example 1
A Steinway & Sons grand piano falls during its maintenance by a specialized company while being delivered to a private individual.
The specialized company is summoned by the individual's Liability insurance expert. CRTL is then mandated to attend this meeting and defend the interests of the specialized company.
Example 2
During a move, the mover's employees damage the individual's floating floor. The latter sends a claim to the attention of the mover who reports the loss to his insurer. CRTL intervenes to establish the damage, determine the origin and cause of the loss and evaluate the prejudice.
